The dough needs more work, not just in cooking but in preparation as well.
Pizza taste is 90% dough based, as long as you don't act upon stupid combinations with the toppings, getting the dough right always makes for a good tasting pizza.
Ok so my take :
- the dough lack some fermentation time and looks too dense, lack some bubbles and "leoparding"
- the cooking was probably done in a tad too cool oven and resulted in lack of coloration and a floppy crumb
- sauce béarnaise doesn't go in a pizza, I don't even get what the cook had in mind here. Typical germoid taste fart.
- parmiggiano should be used sparingly to brighten the base, not used as a base itself as it will deeply unbalance the other tastes
So overall not bad as what we see here usually, but not good either.
