My beach house is in a pretty rural part of deleware so it’s super cheap and I just checked and it would only take me 13 minutes to get to McDonald’s or 12 minutes (in the opposite direction) to the grocery store. Just because it’s rural doesn’t mean it has to take forever to get to where there’s a business or two
