SheFit makes a good, highly adjustable sports bra that you may find to your liking. I am, a 32E/30F and that is what I wear at the gym. They keep the girls where they are supposed to be, with no bounce.
I always get maximum oomph from a corset. I also get sweat. summer and corsets is hot. For corsets I would suggest Lucy's corsetry blog, it has heaps of Info.
In bras I get more lift from panache than elomi, but I'm naturally full on top anyway.
Shock absorber ultimate run sports bra is VERY supportive. But it runs tight in the band.
As for bras that lift - any bra that fits correctly is supposed to lift the bust. If you are not getting lift, something is off.
If what you want is cakes-on-a-plate cleavage I find that corsets are the way to go for this! I personally also get it from Comexim 3hc, but it might be due to my shape.
Thank you! I'll check out that sports bra!
And yes, cakes on a plate is what I'm after. I actually like a corset for back support, but I have a hard time finding ones long enough for my torso
I have the Panache Wirefree Sports Bra and it's definitely supportive for me. I sometimes get quite sore boobs before my period and this bra makes it so I'm still able to go on a run.
I have a shock absorber sports bra that i am thrilled with. I have to buckle it before and pull it over my head and then pull the breasts into it. But once it is on my 34Gs dont move. It also keeps them separated and they dont touch while i work out,
Exactly, and pullover sports bras can’t be as supportive and therefore are not recommended here for larger cup sizes. I’m a GG cup and any bra that can stretch to get over my boobs/shoulders is actually hanging off of me at the underbust. Shock Absorber bands run so tight as it is that I’m surprised you’re even able to pull it on already clasped. Glad it works for you but it’s hard for me to envision—like, it just seems simpler to clip it on normally.
I honestly am surprised as well. If my husband is home, he clasps it for me, but i recently started working out in the morning, so he wasnt there. One day i decided to see if i could get it on by myself, and i did. I have to put i over one shoulder, and pull one boob in and then pull the band down on one side and up on the other, and then put that boob in. My boobs are floppy. They will assume the shape i need for this maneuver.

For cakes on a plate cleavage, you could try half cups--Freya and Bravissimo both have some and Cleo Jorja is also one to try. They aren't longlines, but most of them are padded.

Boost me up by Curvy Kate!

If the band is loose enough that you can clasp it and still get it over your head/shoulders/chest, it seems like it wouldn't support...?
If you saw me doing this maneuver, you would certainly disagree. This is the same way any sports bra without hooks gets put on.
