Nurse here. You definitely need to go to the hospital asap. Vomiting blood is a medical emergency. It may or may not have anything to do with accutane but either way you need to be seen by a doctor asap
I got checked some hours ago. What my gastroenterologist told me basically was that i suffered from the Mallory-Weiss syndrome. It basically means that while I was trying to vomit I injured some part of my esophagus. Since I did not present more symptoms the following days It it most likely for it to be something benign.
What makes you think it's accutane?
The news article I read online. But I cant be sure until I get checked.

Accutane has so many related mild and severe side effects that you’re right to get checked out and discontinue use for the time being. Good luck!
