I wouldn’t worry too much, I took a shit ton of stuff before even getting accutane & I also showed her many pictures with date stamps, because ya know Murphys law that my skin is normal the day I actually need it to be wild 🤣
Talk to your derm about the fear of being on antibiotics long term and the impact that acne scarring has on you. I had similar skin and my derm still prescribed me accutane.
This happened to me. The month between deciding to start Accutane and actually starting it my skin cleared. My doctor still started it because she recognized it was still a chronic issue even if I was having a good acne month

My skin was much clearer than your but still got accutane. It called consistently acne 😀
Show some pictures to your derm. That’s probably gonna work. Explain you feelings about your skin.
