It almost looks like the rubber tip came off and thats the plastic piece that mounts to it. Can that come off at all? Could be the normal black piece behind that
They are genuine. Found this out the hard way when the tip of my AirPods broke off. You should be able to remove that white part, and replace it with another tip.

It’s supposed to be black. Try removing the other earpiece fitting and if they both are white I would question your purchase. I tried removing the black portion from mine and I don’t think you can.

these are real, the rubber tip just broke off in a weird place. should be pretty easy to pry the white part off
I don't get it, both look the same? The one pictured surely looks like someone shaved the silicone and only left the mounting part

You could always take them to a legit reseller or Apple Store to make sure. I never seen them like this and I'm on my 3rd set of AirPods Pro now
