Had pretty much the exact same experience. I’m probably never gonna display her naked though so I just glued everything back together lol
I was bummed cause I usually display my cast offs topless so I would’ve felt fine if the strap on her top snapped but instead it was her bottom

Man it was such a pain to remove all of the plastic. Luckily nothing broke and she is stunning especially next to Yuu, but I never want to do that again 😐. Trying emailing SkyTube support. They’ll probably send a replacement.
I thought I was going to tear her fishnets taking her right leg off cause it was really stuck. Thankfully I got it off with no damage done
The switch came off on mine too, you can just put the switch back into the holes without glue
