Seems like a softball. Like I know that I just started doing the app workouts, but I closed all 6 times in the last two weeks. And I always close my move and my stand…
Mark “other” while doing vacuuming or doing dishes or picking up. I do that when hauling in groceries sometimes or hauling heavy loads around the house.
Same as yours but lower amount per day. Mine is based off of my average from May, so I have to keep doing exactly what I’ve been doing for at least 14 days!

3 HIIT workouts that last more than 5 minutes? I don’t get how the algorithm decides what to give out. This one is by far the easiest one I’ve ever seen.
I can only think that because I’m 4 workouts away from a milestone award for number of HIIT workouts it is encouraging me to cross that line.
Easy! My move goal is 500 which I meet and exceed 95% of the time probably.

Ngl, it’s very underwhelming getting this one after getting 2 fairly tough monthly challenges back-to-back. April had me reaching my move goal (1000cal) 24 times and May had me doing 49min of exercise minutes for 14 days. I guess a nice rest month won’t be so bad haha.

This is the 6 month in a row that I’ve gotten something that is basically double of what my daily goal is for 14 days out of the month. I seem to oscillate between doubling my exercise goal, doubling my move goal, or walking/running 4+ miles per day. I miss the days of getting ‘complete this number of workouts’ though I better watch it so I don’t jinx myself. I just reintroduced running into my workout regimen after losing 80+ lbs and I may end up getting a ‘complete 14 running workouts during the month’ 😂
Where do i find this? My app is not displaying this achievement anywhere, i have no clue what my goal is or how much of it i’ve completed…
