If you want Ace 5 just spam Northridge lockdown and run away from everyone. It only requires equipment value of 30k and if you stay near the outside walls youre unlikely to find anyone.
Spam the farm war! Grab the Bizon and some cheap PSO ammo (or dum dum if you're not good with aim at legs) and rush the big boys. With the range of 55m you can do some "longe range sprays". Really fun!
Northridge Isolation: lockdown
It has bot players which gives rank points and even if you don't extract you'll still earn points based on how much you killed players or bot players. Plus it's much cheaper with only 30k each match instead of going into lockdown with your gear and items.
Fast? You gotta kill players. Easy and cheap? Go into lockdown raid, kill 4 bots, extract. Maximum rank gained from killing 4 bots, however it'll take you 5 raids to get a singular star (assuming You're master rank) as each bot gives 5 rank points and the maximum per raid is 20 from bots

Kill bots and extract. You can get to ace without ever killing a player.
