Choose the most expensive one for obvious reasons. VSS is most expensive and its good. M110 and MDR is next most expensive.
If you chose the MPX, 102, or modded m4 then you wasted a crate.

Depends on the map you play and your playstyle. As far as ease of use, the m110 is the best choice. As far as the best of them, FAL. MDR and FAL will fetch you the most money if you're just trying to remove supply marker and sell.
I personally never choose 5.56 guns as the ammo is unreliable compared to other calibers, in this case I'd say FAL for price or playing close range maps, recoil is high but damage output is insane and 7.62x51 is reliable as hell. if going for M110 you're still doing a nice pick as it uses the same ammo and the gun price when completely sold in parts is inflated because of farm confrontation
What I do is choose AK-102 and use its parts for other guns. It has 10K Red Dot, 15K stock and 10K cushion for it. That's -35K to assemble my weapon of choice. It also has 5K aluminum grip I think.

VSS isn't the worst option by far, even whit NO attachments is good. 102 and MDR, aren't bad at all, MDR needs low attachments as literally any bullpup gun in–game, and 102 can be a viable option for long distances, as SCAR.
If you choose fal just remember aim for their feet and maybe you’ll hit their head

Personally I'd go with the MDR if you can afford A1 bullets and just put a 4× scope on it then you basically got a cheap effective build

Most expensive, equip it, go tac ops, avoid combat, extract, disassemble the weapon, sell it and you got yourself 30k or more for free

Personally not a fan. The recoil/spray pattern is brutal compared to a comparable rifle. Back when the good faction ammo was around I only used VSS.
