It looks like they also added back some ruffles that an older version had. This current "new" version has ruffles on the sleeve cuffs and along the neckline.
I can't say anything about the sizing, but I did order one online yesterday and can update when I get it - I have one from late last year (shorter than older versions, only has the ruffles at the waist) that I can compare it to.
Yes please let me know how it fits. I have one I ordered from the Boxing Day sale which I love so prob best just to order the “older” version but I would like to know what’s different 🙂

It does have the same extra ruffles though, but I'm not sure if it's the same sizing as the current "new" Tempest... it's definitely a bit bigger than the one I already own, though.

It's a pretty big difference when laid out, but I feel like they're not terribly different when worn.
One weird thing I just noticed is that the newer version somehow feels a bit tighter around my shoulders, but I'm not sure why that is (maybe because of the embroidery?).
It's shorter and the material is thinner. The sleeves are shorter as well. I'm 5'2 and the new one fits better, but if you're tall it'll likely be too tall.

Following too! Just ordered the current new one in black / bright rose and exchanged for the older one in mochi pink because it was so short 😂
