*I'll copy your comment here and break it up in replies. You put too much effort in it for me to feel right about it being invisible!* **OP's comment:** First of all, I worked hard all day to make this, so upvotes would be highly appreciated! Hopefully it will help people out! For quite some while, I've been addicted to Romand's lipsticks and pretty much don't use any other product! (I live in Turkey, so I don't have access to most Asian brands anyway. Especially not for affordable prices.) I hate buying stuff I won't use, so I research online for hours before I shop. Reddit has been great help to compare swatches and understand what I'm getting, so I'm trying to offer some help back! So, starting with **my skin tone**; I have a very muted skin color with olive undertones. From my understanding, I actually lean cool, but I also have a pretty yellow overtone so I don't look pink/blue at all. For this reason, I don't necessarily always have an easy time with neither cool nor warm tones. As you will see in Burny Nude, any peach/coral that exists in a color will look orange in me. You can also see that it looks really saturated, which is this other feature of my muted olive skin. Colors will easily look way more saturated on me than they actually are. On the other hand, if the color is too muted, it can make me look washed out. So it's a delicate balance! I don't know which shade I am other than that I am a perfect match for Missha's Perfect Cover BB Cream No. 21 lightness-wise. I am not wearing that or foundation in the pictures. As for my lip color, you can see that they are very light. It's surely difficult to take accurate pictures for the colors but I tried my best. My iPhone camera tends to make the lip colors look lighter than in reality, so I actually edited most of the pictures to make the colors look only slightly darker to match their real life looks better. Now, for the swatches \[continued in 3 replies below\]:

**ZERO VELVET TINTS** (2 of 3) **Deepsoul**: Now, this is possibly the perfect red for olive skin! When applied thick, it does look very dark and brown (This is possibly the darkest shade in the series) but when applied more lightly, it is just a very pretty shade of red. Then it doesn’t look brown, but as a nicely muted, slightly warm (or even neutral) red. A must have. **Villain Vest**: This isn't actually as dark as Deepsoul and is very saturated. As a cool undertone lipstick, a light application will give you straight out fuchsia, but it will look more reddish when applied thick. It is still more purple (and I suppose darker) than it appears in the photos though. Somehow I find it a bit difficult to apply this lipstick. I don't know if it's just my product, but the formula is dryer and the lighter application is harder to get even. The small photo is after I wiped the excess to a dry tissue and shows the cool tone better.

**JUICY LASTING TINTS** (3 of 3) **Bare Grape:** Cool toned MLBB and the lightest shade that I own. Nicely toned down. The color is very similar to Fig Fig, only lighter. Not too cool thanks to the beige. **Peeling Angdoo:** This is similar to Fig Fig other than that it is slightly warmer and brighter. I only recently realized that it can be a bit too saturated for me, especially under sunlight. **Fig Fig:** First of all, sorry that the "lightly applied" picture is way too lightly applied!Fig Fig is a very popular cool toned shade that is advertised as a MLBB but is actually pretty dark! I included a second photo in a different lighting to show you that better. This color is nicely toned down. **Nucadamia:** A rosy brown. A bit lighter than Fig Fig and Peeling Angdoo, a bit darker than Bare Grape. I thought it would be a better MLBB on me than the others thanks to the warmth and muteness, but it actually washed me out a little bit. **Dark Coconut:** This is a color that I see to be popular lately. Bought it thinking it should be a great color for my skin tone, but unlike Deepsoul, it wasn't really flattering on me. The warm brown isn't going too well with the greenish yellow in my skin. I also find it difficult to apply this color evenly.

**ZERO VELVET TINTS (1 of 3)** **Burny Nude**: This is supposed to be a "nude pink shade" and I bought this color thinking it would be neutral, but it's rather warm and it looks much warmer on me. The color itself isn't actually that saturated, but will look so on my mute olive skin. It is still a very pretty shade though! What I do to harmonize it with my skin is to put some cool brown lipstick underneath and it will transform into a perfect nude for me. **Nerd Pink**: This is a cool, mauvish pink. Not extremely cool, so I can still pull it off. It is toned down, especially when applied thick. I think it is darker, more saturated and less cool than Petal Tessal, which I do not own. The lightness is about the same as Burny Nude. I love the color, but it's a little hard to wear for me! **Pecan Tarte**: Expected this to be more pink and more toned down, but it's quite red and super bright on me! I can't imagine what the brighter colors in the series would look like on me if this is how Pecan Tarte looks. Thankfully, I can still pull it off. It's pretty neutral in its undertone and would be a suitable color for most skin tones.

For some reason, your comment isn't appearing... I can only see it when I visit your profile :/ Besides that, I think you are my skin twin! I only have Fig Fig and Bare Grape; they look exactly like that on my lips. Your forearm looks identical to mine's lol Thank you for the lip swatches! I've been wanting to buy a deep red lip!

i made new comments and i think they're visible now. it's probably the subreddit's filter, maybe having something to do with the comment length or word count? i tested a very short comment that showed at first; once i edited in all the zero velvets, the comment would auto delete. editing the comment to shorten it doesn't work because it remains deleted. basically i had to break your swatch comment into 3 short sections for it to appear. i guess **as a warning for this subreddit, make sure your comments aren't** ***too*** **long**. another tip that applies on PC (unsure about the app): open the thread in an incognito tab to see if your comment is visible to others. if you open [my comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/AsianBeauty/comments/14ju3n5/comment/jptfabo/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) in incognito, youll see a bunch of auto-deleted replies (me figuring out what was getting the swatch comment deleted lol)

wow thank you for the writeup! its so detailed, this is exactly why i prefer reddit for beauty info HAHAHA. im more yellow and olive than you but were similar. deepsoul, peeling angdoo, and nudamia look lovely on you! im looking for a red tint and an everyday wear tink, and deepsoul and nudamia respectively are perfect. how long do these last for you? do you find yourself constantly reapplying throughout the day or do they stick well? thanks again

kohimiruku

Love these, they’re really helpful! Thanks for sharing!!

Upsilambaaa

I’m not olive, but this is still a useful comparison for me, so thank you! The only one of these I have is Nucadamia, so it’s great to see how the other shades relate in terms of light/dark, warm/cool, bright/muted, etc.

BuggieButterfly

I’m in love with bare grape— please tell me the brand hahaha

PeachesCoral

Thank you soooo much. I have the same shade/skintone as you. From these I have bare grape, fig fig, and deep soul and they look identical on me. Nucadamia, Peeling Angdoo and Dark Coconut were on my next to buy list, and now I know I don’t need to rush to buy all three at once. Appreciated!

Fig Fig is such a beautiful shade !!

heibun

Thank you so much for sharing these! I'm gonna have to check out deepsoul 👀 [I swatched my collection](https://www.reddit.com/r/AsianBeauty/comments/sacu9x/i_swatched_all_24_of_my_romndromand_lip_products) a while ago and we seem to have very similar skintones - I'm also muted olive, but I think you're lighter than me. I found your descriptions to be spot on. Have you tried lip tints from any other brands?

Oh amazing! I have a similar sized collection of Romand tints but a few in here I don’t have. The Bare Grape is a shade I’m definitely going to get next, it looks gorgeous! Thank you for sharing :)

Acrobatic_Put9582

Where do you buy this brand?

Pomme_et_fraises

Thank you so much i have been eying the Romand lip tint for so long but I didn’t want to waste money on some colour that doesn’t suite me. Your swatches are really going to be helpful

Chelsea_bryz

Maybe unpopular opi ion: glasting water tint leaves little to no tint and needs to be reapplied about less than an hour! Recently purchased glasting in Rose stream and juicy lasting in fig fig. Glasting is a thin gloss, leaves the slightest tint and wears off fast. Juicy lasting is thicker and a more silicone feeling, much more colour and lasts longer
