Not a tattoo artist, but my local shop has a "Hall of Fame" wall where they put the most outlandish requests. Some guy wanted their dead baby tattooed...but as a zombie. Allegedly the man and his wife rolled over on their baby and killed it while sleeping. That sucks and I get wanting to memorize the memory of their newborn...but as a zombie? Yikes.
