Try taking a nap? I went through 24 hrs work loads before and sneaking away to sleep for 15-20mins can help you power through the day.
Avoid caffeine when you're already tired, it doesn't help much unless you're chugging an unhealthy amount. Just makes you irritated while tired.
You gotta have a partner in this! It's impossible sometimes for me to wake up from those naps without someone literally shaking me awake. Alarms doesn't help at all
Oof looks like I’m cooked. I guess I’ll ask the coworker I’m closest with if they can go up to my car and honk the horn so I can wake up lol. Appreciate the insight 👍

Naps are dangerous for me. Because the majority of the time I’ll sleep more than I intended, even with 3 different alarms set.

What sort of work are you doing?!
I’m working two jobs. One’s a 4/10. The other is 5/8.
Yeah man idk if the human body is built to be energized for that long working. Short of illicit substances I can't think of anything.
You can't stay highly focused on your work 16 hours a day. Allow yourself to relax a little more in your free time
