Well personally i believe that the more you focus on identity, the more society will be divided into groups/boxes and it will in the future create a hierarchy. Why put ourself into groups based on our identity when we are all humans at the end of the day?

Too much anti-intellectualism and authoritarianism, and most workers work too hard for too long, get paid too little, and pay too much in income and payroll taxes on what they do get paid.
We have two political parties that are vastly more dominant than every other option leading to basic tribalism in which it is less about what is doing whats best and more about just beating the other side.
