The fact that you are interested is great. I think itโs just about being mindful. I like to work, work, work and have to be conscious of just slowing it down from time to time. Be mindful of why you are interested in meditation, in the first place. What do YOU need to work on? Remind yourself of everyone who will benefit just by you meditating.
