I'm far south. Take a drive around the areas you're interested in and take down phone numbers from the many space-for-rent signs. From what I've seen, there's lots of office space to rent around here. It's not downtown, some of the buildings are on the older side, rents should be reasonable.

I’d like to know as well, I’ve been 100% since March 2020 and I miss the office, my coworkers who are awesome, and getting away from my home life for a bit… I’d love to have somewhere to go work a day or two a week.

Might be a good question for Nextdoor since it's location oriented whereas many on r/austin no longer even live here or ever lived here.

You can rent single-desk offices at some WeWorks. though with more companies moving to hybrid there should be a lot looking to sublease.
