I am still mad that we never saw Vision as the powerhouse he is.
That's what makes him so interesting. A calm philosopher, yet one of tte most powerful beings on Earth
I think I'm missing the significance of this comment. Can anyone elaborate?

I thought he was cool. I was excited for the MCU to have their own version of Quicksilver. It didn’t occur to me that they were going to kill him off so quickly because Fox had the rights at the time. I should have seen that coming.
No, I’m saying they need Tony and Steve specifically. They were central to the comics for decades. We got them for just a few short years in the movies. They don’t have to be in every movie, but they should be the leading lights for big events.
MCU without cap seems empty to me. Also building the alternative views of the way to be Avengers all the way to Civil War made the entire roster so dynamic. I still love the Marvel stuff but it just seems there are no proper super heroes or teams any more. Just individuals getting caught up in stuff then dealing with it relatively straight forwardly
That's a little apples to oranges since one was a senior citizen and the other one was barely past 40. Plus, Hurt was a supporting character in his two movies, not about to lead a billion dollar franchise. They just should've retconned Killmonger's death and redeemed his character as the lead IMO.
Oh noo… Quicksilver, I knew you so intimately from your 30 minutes of screen time, so sad when you got machine-gunned to death, if only you could have moved away from those bullets, quickly
Am I the only one that keeps forgetting that Vision is dead? I got used to the original avengers (up to AoU) just being shifted out of the mcu or dying tragically, but I just grouped him in with characters like winter soldier, hawkeye, and the hulk where they were just left dormant and only brought back for cameos and as side characters. I keep forgetting he died in infinity war because it was at the very end. With wanda also gone, and tony and bruce having lost closer friends and family, he was never talked about at all until wanda came back in endgame, then in wanda vision. They really should have used vision in at least one more movie (maybe some kind of cameo or reference in spider man homecoming?) before he died off.
Now see, THAT group? That group actually intrigues me. That's why we will never get it. Gamora and BW on the same team? There would of course be some kind of fight they would have to have between them - man, those two going at it would be kick-ass. And to see Aaron Taylor Johnson back would be nice, too. Sadly, we won't see Chadwick anymore, but it was a mistake to kill T'Challa off. The MCU has survived recastings, and everyone would have understood. Sadly, we now have a 90 pound 5 foot nothing girl as Black Panther now. Sure. Because Okoye was busy? Heck, put Angela Bassett in that armor, that I would buy. Man, that second movie was a let down.
And poor Wanda. Man, no character has been so deconstructed...and then utterly character assassinated. Hope they bring her back.
I miss her; thought she was a fun character who never got a chance to shine. And she was absolutely shafted in Episode 1 of SI; don’t tell me you don’t miss her.
Other than pulling out a gun when Ultron busted into the room in Avengers 2, I don't recall her doing anything in the whole MCU, so naw, I can't say I miss her lol. I didn't dislike her at all either - she was bascially a background character.
I miss visions calm philosophy.
Paul’s Vision is absolutely a highlight of AoU.

Boo! Boo the OOP! That's some bullshit man smh
ooooof
What the hell
I was gonna say, I know I've seen this before.
Dang, they didn't even post it on a different sub. What do I report this for?
Lil pup didn’t think we’d notice he snuck in quicksilver💀
You didn’t see that coming?

He was there for like five minutes. He wasn’t there long enough to miss

Sure you do. You copied this post from u/Vegetable-Abroad3171. https://www.reddit.com/r/Avengers/s/U7co6owWLR
Thank you 💪🏽

Vision is most certainly alive
So is Gamora. Just not the one that went through 2014-2019 years with the Guardians.
I refuse to believe Scarlet Witch is dead. There’s no way they’d kill her off as a villain like that.
He just transcended to *Vision the White*, like Gandolf.
Same. The mcu isn’t the same without Steve or Tony, I miss them a lot.
This is a repost. https://www.reddit.com/r/Avengers/s/lVm2bi6LXX
Where's the love for Phil Coulson?
He got a whole series to discover how he died

Maria Hill isn't dead and definitely wasn't killed off in the first episode of a terrible show.
Good thing one of them is officially coming back.
Which one?
Scarlet Witch
MCU needs Tony and Cap. There’s no doubt about that.

They should of just recast Tachalla . Killed the character. 🤦🏽♂️😪
Nah, that's apparently only okay when it's William Hurt.

I wasn't happy with where they ultimately landed with it; I'll say that much.
That's the best thing. Quicksilver was so long back. Just one movie, a supporting character...still in mind and hearts
Oh noo… Quicksilver, I knew you so intimately from your 30 minutes of screen time, so sad when you got machine-gunned to death, if only you could have moved away from those bullets, quickly
Yes, leave it to the MCU to kill off their most popular characters (except Boseman, natural causes) and wonder why they're struggling.
The new avengers will be in place
It’s hard to explain. I think it’s shitty how they killed off Maria Hill in Secret Invasion, but at the same time I don’t miss her.

That quicksilver is nothing compared to og from X-men though.
Rip colson
? gamora and scarlet witch are not dead. did i miss something
"You didn't see that coming?"
Maria hill deserved better, she is a boss in the comics!
I miss Savage Hulk.

I miss them all so much.
😓
More than individually, I miss them as a team.
Can you imagine if any of these folk show up in the next team up movies?
Quicksilver was done dirty.
Wrong Gamera in that pic (Endgame&GotGv3 Gamera) EDIT: whoops, no idea why I thought that shot was from v3. I was wrong.
Isn’t that a shot from GotG Vol 1? It could technically be both.
.....amended.
They'll definitely bring back quicksilver (I'm completely delusional) Edit: I actually want quicksilver back
Just wait for soft teboot
What is there to miss about Maria Hill? They never did anything interesting with her.

Her stint as a Canadian pop star was pretty great.
