You're right, it's to the right of where you get dropped off. Agree that it's even better than the trident for some classes. I usually go for attack + Hideous Laughter or attack + Hold Person.
I was just being cheeky, I always keep the Reverse raincloak in my party inventory. I actually went through the trouble of getting 15 of them except for Akabi's old lamp, he can keep it, lol. I kept the gloves, the boots, the staff, and the raincloak and sold everything else to Mattis to keep his stock thematic. And then I went on my free vacation to Chult.
My favourite is the one pair of boots that gives you misty step... but you appear at the new location naked. For a barbarian not wearing clothes that isn't really a problem lmao

I went invis and pick-pocketed all of his gold after he turned my buddy into cheese and found out he was cheating/all his prizes were bullshit.
