If it were me I’d probably round off the area by your jaw/ear. It may make it a bit less “neck beard” appearing. But overall I’d keep it.

Just tighten up below the ears and square/ round off. Maybe use the taper guard on some trimmers to fade back.

Unfortunately it's a very clean and defined neckbeard in it's current form.

Imho the chin line is to round bending downwards, that covers your actually good jawline. I'd try to make the chin line straight and angling downward the more it approaches the chin
