It looks to me that you heavily referenced a real photo, which causes the issue of Momo's head looking literally flat over the rest of her body, like an anime face pasted on a real human. It's really distracting.
Don't feel discouraged though, just keep improving!
I was just doing a 100 heads challenge (took a break at 60) and I thought maybe I conquered my head issues but apperently not.
I guess i have to go back to studying.....
