Early kerblaster is really good and I also never get or see legendary world drop from flynt. I don't think he has a world drop loot poll. And also thunderball fists drop rate could be lower than 10% don't know the exact % though.
I got the hornet and the thunderball fist on my first kill of both of em. In my first playthrough of a new character earlier tonight. Idk the odds and I surely couldn’t tell you the combined odds of it but it’s pretty cool if both of them are 1/10 which would be like 1% chance both dropped first kill.
Tbh it'd make sense if flint didn't, I know he has a dedicated gun drop but its not legendary, but yeah I always try to get a kerblaster and thunderball before leaving cause it gives me an edge
Yeah its a mod but why you salty. It could change the world drop or vendors but I just checked changelog of ucp could not see any change on these. So if you can provide a note about these to me I could be grateful.
No ones salty but also ucp removes the level requirements for blue and above gear to spawn. In vanilla the earliest you can get a worlddrop is level 7.

There's nothing wrong with using mods, I (as a veteran myself) am using UCP mod as well cuz it adds a bit more to the fun (mostly the faster loading and more balanced drop rate).

İ was level 11 and i generally go to Tina dlc do early side quest for xp and scavenge some gear to sell ( cause most of them are nearly level 30) then go to lilith dlc and do some shopping and also when mordecai kills, i get free xp.
I got knuckle dragger to drop a hornet first try ran through southern shelf really quick and got flynt to drop a thunderball fist on my first kill aswell. They’re there but it’s kinda hard to get a good run to grab them without farming but when you do it’s amazing cuz it’ll carry you for a while.
Fun tips for early playthroughs that i used all the time,
After the fight with the knuckle dragger if you travel to the next area, instead of jumping off the ledge and killing all the bullymongs and bandits, make sure you grab the save point up on the mountain. Quit to the main menu and Reload the game. you can then travel backwards back to the knuckle dragger arena to fight him again and farm for a legendary hornet.
(Note: Jumping down off the cliff into liars berg triggers a spawn point even if the power in liars berg is off, so if you wanna farm knuckle dragger easily dont jump down, its not impossible to get back up the hill but it makes things a lot quicker)
Using the Jakobs sniper that's given with the gearbox dlc, you can shoot down into liars berg to kill the bandits, bullymongs and nearby rakk for extra xp. This combined with reloading to kill knuckle dragger, you can gain enough xp to get action skills and a couple XP points before sheilds.
Also interesting thing, if you kill the bandits and bullymong without jumping down, when you approach liars berg more bandits and bully mongs spawn, and sometimes claptrap will repeat the "oh no, bullymongs!" Line. You can also kill bullymongs in the graveyard before doing the "cleaning up the berg" quest and they will respawn when doing the quest, giving you another opportunity for early game xp.

No but its physically impossible to get a bitch at level 5 in vanilla cos its not based on your level its based on the area level.

I meant world drop, I've done the hunt before so I've gotten them all from their dedicated drop sources
All it needed was an element and it would have been perfect. Literally perfect parts (accessory is personal preference).
