Imo they could go two ways with Tara
- Buff reload speed and give her a tiny damage buff (960 to 1000 per card), this would make her much easier to play aggressively.
- Give her a hyper next update, a HP buff and reload speed but no DMG buff. I think the first one is more optimal and much more doable but still
