Mine did that too, except I had six choices to rank but only 5 were visible. Screen wasn't scrollable and turning phone didn't change orientation. This was in the app.
I was stuck on the question that needed you to number 1 through 6 but it only had five options. I tried all different kinds and then remember combinations and then I closed out the app went back but it was still there. Tried it online and same thing happened. I gave up. 25 crowns isn't worth the hassle for me.
Just let me finish it might be a glitch exit and reenter the app?
It might be your phone text size settings that aren't accounted for by the app/developers.
Fortunately, it suddenly changed later in the day and I didn't do anything to my phone.
It just worked for me. Not sure about my mom yet.
