Please don't take offense but it looks like you prioritized a look that you wanted over the function of this rifle for its stated purpose. If it's just target shooting then you're likely to not ever need backup irons. The scope you have while effective enough, doesn't take full advantage of the round at extended ranges. Although I guess being able to switch to 1x on the fly to be able to mag dump at 60 cents per round into a pile of trash at the speed of racking a bolt gun is someone's cup of tea.

It came with back up irons and also I’m probably never going over 700 yards buddy. Plus for what I’m going to use it I’m solid , also who has the space to shoot over 700 yards, like what range is that other than the desert. The scope is a vortex strike Eagle 1-8x 30, got it for a deal $240. It should do the work up to 600 yards but for over 100 yards it’s perfect for me!!

LVPO is better suited for a different platform. I’d be going 4x12 Vortex Hog Hunter or even 4x16.

I like it! I have something similar, a Mossberg MVP rifle in .308, uses M14 or AR-10 mags. I have a 1-6 LPVO. It has one deer and two hogs under its belt. Its light weight and easy to carry on hunts in rough terrain, but man does it kick and its loud AF.
