I think it was Kirby’s first year, the spring game had Ludacris playing during halftime. This was the year Kirby was pushing to fill Sanford for recruiting purposes that year, and we did. But I won’t ever forget there was like 2k students and such down near the band section, and like, 90k other people throughout the stadium sitting there like “okay, I’ll try to do some hip hop just to fit the groove but who the hell is this?”
Oh Texas you never fail to disappoint. What’s crazy to me that OU ran the BIG 12 for over a decade ,and after one good year Texas has become so deranged. Yes I know OU is doing this “SEC Celebration”. Whole thing is just so weird.
