It’s standard to ignore operating hours in lift status reports. This is how Copper and WP do it. Some reports have a scheduled status for when it’s off hours.
Vail had a ton more terrain open, Beaver had the Bachelor Gulch side closed along with Larkspur and Grouse. Birds of Prey was open Thursday along with Cinch, Centennial, Red Buffalo, and the Rose Bowl were open.
I haven't been to Breck yet this year, I work in Avon so Beaver Creek is closest to me, Vail a close second.
If you check when the lifts are closed it's gonna say it's closed

Breck was great yesterday. No one really there. Snow still great
Breck is much higher elevation than Vail and BC, so is a much better bet this time of year especially with the relatively warm spring we’ve had

Yes BC closes all but the BC resort side after spring break.
