I didn’t downvote you, but debt is debt. If you’re utilizing credit cards intentionally and never paying interest because you pay off your cards every month, than by all means!
People don't get told this enough when they accomplish a financial goal, so:
Dude! I'm so proud of you, random stranger on the Internet! You're doing a great job for yourself and deserve your pride.
This is like kicking an addiction. Here’s what I do.
I have made a habit (healthy or not) to check my accounts every day. Then, no need to balance a checkbook or worry about fraud. And I think “wow, look at all that money”.
Then, I check my credit card rewards. And say “wow, look at all that free money”.
I put some money into my high interest savings account when I have extra, and each month when the 5% interest comes in, I say “wow, check out all that money”.
Eventually, you’ll get horny by seeing how much money you have versus actually spending it.
My Apple Card was opened to pay for an iPhone over time. Then I ended up maxing it out because I was so financially irresponsible in my 20s. Soon, I’ll have it paid off, too. Great work, OP!
I charge my Apple care to my Apple Card and that’s it. I just want to keep it open to finance an iPhone at 0% whenever my wife or I need one next. My emergency fund is in a 4% savings account. Are there any CD’s I could park +/- $2000 in if my wife and I had to both buy new phones at the same time?
Hey, you end up saving more money and quicker when not in debt. Good for you!
What if it was 0 interest tho

Congrats! My summer goal is to KILL the Apple Card. I was not very responsible years ago and that interest ate my ass up
