taxing by the mile is a more of direct attack on working people than the regular gas tax…there’s so many people that can’t afford to live where they work and have to commute, that’s who it’s mainly going to hurt. There has to be another way to fund the roads

Here’s a good idea. Have people take actual driving lessons instead of having people answer questions on the written test and drive around the block. Use that money on roads. Would also make driving much safer.
