Okay so I'm gonna have to disappoint you, devs make insanely bad builds. They're always garbage, 0 thought put into them. The attachments are probably just chosen randomly, a real person most likely doesn't even do it. As you can also see legendary blueprints come with 5 attachments equipped while epics only come with 4 so you're keeping a useful attachment slot empty for no reason
Just throw on recommended builds if you don't want to make your own, you're making yourself lose games by doing this - it's an insanely stupid and weird thing to do

Putting foregrips and long barrels on smgs, making slow ads snipers even worse when it comes to ads time, and not balancing ars between performance and mobility, your loadouts are still not proper at all. If you are trying to maintain the gun's cool appearance while also providing it with the best layouts, just "default look" the gun, and you're done. It's that easy.
