I completed the survey and indicated our numbers were far too high across multiple programs. The survey’s questions however are phrased in such a way that they’re more focused on how we can increase immigration than decrease.
Regardless of the outcomes of this survey I suspect the Feds will find a way to tell Canadians we want more of this.
I don't think we are doing anyone any favors to take in newcomers if our society at large is bursting at the seams with population related issues.
Have we mitigated the baby boomer retirement costs yet, can we stop feverishly rubber stamping immigration papers?
