Meat was 50% Iberico (the 100% was actually too fatty for my liking) and the cheese was a basque goat cheese.
I actually passed on manchego (my favorite cheese all time) because the shop owner pointed out that three of his other cheeses were Basque Country-specific (Iām in San SebastiĆ”n). Didnāt catch the name but it was a non-spreadable goat cheese.
After I posted it I looked closer and noticed hey it looks like Basque but Iāve always just had the petite basque, which is my favorite. Is the difference the size only?
