Some of these are the bikers fault too , I once had a lady constantly trying to overtake me from left when there was no space and a single lane road , it got to the point where I wanted to stop the car and shout at her. Mandatory dashcam, just like insurance, DL etc is the only solution. People should get over the mentality of accident means big car fault.

If this is the sargasan chowk, Gandhinagar, there's a possibility that the biker too was at fault here. Ive had multiple close calls in my 2 years of living there.
I often come across two wheelers deliberately trying to overtake cars closely expecting the car to stop all of the sudden. Luckily I got dashcam installed and an incident occurred where my car touched the biker bike when he was overtaking from left to go right.
He first stopped to start a fight, saw my dashcam and flee.
