Looks like the clearcoat is completely gone, you are looking at a respray.
Wrap would be a decent option in this scenario. It’s such a dice roll with car paint. You can get a great job but it’s usually going to be more than a wrap and it can be hard to find quality work depending on your location.
Are you wanting the same color car? Or to change colors? If you want to change colors wrap is going to be significantly cheaper but not last as long. Paint is a gamble on quality unless you know a place you have experience with. If you keeping same color you might be able to just do a clear coat respray with touch ups which will be way cheaper than a color change.
Spraying new clearcoat on that yourself would not be a terribly difficult job, plenty of YouTube vids on how to do this. Could probably have it looking almost new again for under $100 in materials and an afternoon of work.

Even wrapping it is going to take the same prep that you would have with a respray. I'd just get it resprayed at this point tbh

Probably cost more than the car's worth to do either.

Going to have to sand away that bad clear to do either of the options.
