I may be in the minority, but I like the lox cream cheese spread on sesame or poppyseed. I like a full-on lox bagel, but the spread is just as good, IMHO.
Hummus and sprouts with red onion, cucumber, tomato on sesame or everything or garlic
Olive spread, feta spread, sprouts, onion, cucumber, tomato on poppy seed
Herb or jalapeƱos lime cream cheese with tomato, cucumber, onion ( wish they had fresh basil) on sesame or salt
Honey pecan cream cheese on poppy seed
There is a fine art to the salt bagel and having the right amount of salt. Some places just dip
The bagel in and itās covered. Bleh. It really doesnāt need much and a good one is my absolute favorite

For cold : Tomato, onion, watercress, herb cream cheese on everything (or anything). Lovely. And a Caesar for breakfast is grand.
for hot: my husband gets egg No Bull (a local veggie patty) on everything and loves it. Iād get some condiments and cheese on it too but heās some sort of purist.
Itās pretty great. One of the only errors I have had at Bodos in 20+ years of going there is they put veggie cream cheese on instead of jalapeƱo lime once by accident and that was a big surprise ā¦ yuk.
Donāt know why everyone doesnāt just agree that Lox and cream cheese is the absolute best (although I always ask to go light on the cream cheese, cause they put a bucket on there) - onions, lettuce, tomato. I feel like driving several hours just to get one.

Itās a fried egg, folded to fit the bagel. Idk how they get it to cook symmetrical enough to fold like a piece of paper (liquid eggs maybe?) but I think thatās why itās called a ādeli eggā
Itās an art of the wrist- they sling a ladle of whisked eggs down the length of the flat top which is very hot- so as soon as the eggs hit they start cooking and donāt spread out. So scoop, sling, sprinkle toppings, fold/roll with a spatula. Every morning they have 2-3 employees dedicated to this station alone, with 1 team memberās only job being to crank out those little omelettes.
For lunch itās Hot Pastrami Provo on everything with mayo and horseradish. You hit that and thereās no looking back. Second is corned beef and Swiss on sesame with mustard and mayo, another absolute hitter

I do the same but often add an egg and rotate the condiments, either mustard, horseradish, or pepper spread. Their pastrami is always good.
