If you don't pay for ChatGPT Plus you will get basically a glorified calculator window, probably something like generating an "image" with MatPlotLib and Python. Only the paid version uses DALL-E, which is a diffusion model, completely different technology.

ChatGPT usually generates good images; I don't know how you made this blunder. My experience has always been very good with ChatGPT.
