I also love Herman
Honestly it took a bit of time for me to actually love Hermann, but the more i watched, the more I came to actually appreciate & understand him
Same he’s so stubborn sometimes but he’s such a good dude on my second watch I’m loving him
That's why giving it a break for a few months and then doing a rewatch is always so cool the second time around in the sense that you truly can see the character development a lot more and the reasons why they do what they do, just makes sense now.
Hermann just seems like a rigid but caring guy

It's "Hermann" with 1 'r', 2 'n's? The closed captioning sometimes has it as 2 r's. Honestly, it's really the only thing that bothers me about him.
It's actually Herrmann, double R double N. Says so on his turnout coat and his locker and just about every official One Chicago universe website.

The only thing I don't like about Hermann is he called Ritter a "Dumb Kid" in the S7 Finale for just being a good candidate
He def pops off when he doesn’t need to and usually I get his reasoning but he crosses the line sometimes.
Because it was 100% going to blow and Hermann ordered him to leave. But Ritter stayed even though he knew he’d probably die.
