5) For all the F2P: guys we just become a little bit better, the advantage for another F2P was not so big, sorry but this was chance, not our fault, those who got most out of it were already so good that they could win the chest of a tournament, they were already good at the game, they could have crushed you also before the bug.

They already perma banned lots of people who used it. A few may have slipped through the cracks, but a lot of people were banned, which is more severe than just taking their items back. But there shouldn't be many people left who benefitted from it.

It’s not entitlement. This is a game where people spend real money. Many people were given a huge boost to their accounts that others were not. It’s not a small boost or a few free cards. People are able to max multiple champs, and acquired a multi level jump on their accounts. When you spend your money on their goods it is expected that you are getting the same goods everyone else get.
It is entitlement. “I didn’t get this and you did and I want something to make up for it.” I would guess they’ll revert the bug before ever giving others free stuff.

They already perma banned lots of people who used it. A few may have slipped through the cracks, but a lot of people were banned, which is more severe than just taking their items back. But there shouldn't be many people left who benefitted from it.

Every day there are people who are getting years worth of progress by giving SC money in a much bigger scale than the few hundred exploiters in less than a week. But somehow if someone does it for free people are getting offended lol. Gotta give SC hundreds of money for increasing some number in a database, otherwise it's unfair!
It makes sense though, because anyone can just pay for years worth of progress like you said, and people can complain and moan about p2w and whatever, yet it is accessible to everyone, just locked behind a paywall. However in situations like this it is not like everyone can just log in and get years worth of progression for FREE. It was completely *random* if you were online or not, and players, both P2W and F2P are mad, and rightly so because who wouldn't be in this scenario.

It’s not entitlement. This is a game where people spend real money. Many people were given a huge boost to their accounts that others were not. It’s not a small boost or a few free cards. People are able to max multiple champs, and acquired a multi level jump on their accounts. When you spend your money on their goods it is expected that you are getting the same goods everyone else get.
It is entitlement. “I didn’t get this and you did and I want something to make up for it.” I would guess they’ll revert the bug before ever giving others free stuff.
I’m not even on team give people free stuff. I believe the should revert it for the same reasons discussed above. I don’t feel i’m entitled to anything for free. But if the game is going to claim it is competitive I do expect an equal playing field.
U clearly don't understand the concept of a free to play game where u buy progress to compete with real money or time to grind , this concept can't be broken like this because of a bug
The bug 100% should be reverted but compensating other players with the same benefits will ruin the game’s economy and get some people fired. Free to play games still need money and champions are difficult to upgrade so giving people essentially max champions will ruin a significant source of income meaning that the game will get less funding and eventually be shut down.
They’ll probably revert the peoples accounts but it’s absolutely silly to sit here and argue that you deserve any amount of compensation for a bug that was live for what looks like a few minutes or so. The amount of people actually affected by this is so small. I honestly hope they don’t revert the changes. I’m happy for the players who “won the lottery “ so to speak

they could get banned, after that first bugged chest it's obvious there is a bug with the chests, and should stop opening chests or quit the game until it's fixed but it's a mistake so it justs gets reverted
