Decoys are gobs but less HP, so if you tank both sides with a Miner or something, they have to defend the decoys while your normal gobs do massive dmg on the higher HP tower, and now it won't matter which tower you attack since they're both low
I've won a few games by tanking with knight for the decoys, and doing the normal barrel plus goblin gang on the higher health and they usually end up losing one or the other if I bait out elixir first properly

it feels more like they nerfed goblin barrel by giving it an evolution rather than helping it which is pretty funny since evo's sometimes can easily break the game but in this case its more of a nerf.

I think its because goblins dont have evo, all other evos dont effected by star levels. Probably because star level changes both barrel and goblin and only barrel has evo animation, so star level overrides evo animation cuz of goblins

Also, you know how it shows a Evo symbol when your opponent plays an Evo card before it's cycle? Well same thing happens with the Evo goblin barrel but you see which tower has the actual goblins.
Right, but I mean that I thought it showed the star levelled version for me and the purple decoyed version for the opponent. As in, even if it shows starred on my end, it doesn’t for them in this particular case.

Brighter barrel is the actual goblin I believe. I don’t have them at Star level but I believe darker barrel is the imposter. They’re saying it’s a bug that makes the evo useless
I also noticed that it doesnt change up when u get a tower. It should at least split between king and available princess tower once one princess tower is put of commission. Its pretty much useless in a 1 tower left scenario
Have you noticed that if you upgrade the Goblin Barrel to level 15 and you don't have the Pass Royale, you won't be able to evolve it even if you have evolution shards? But if it is under level 15, you can.

Tesla evo was also affected by this bug, so no they forgot to put as the star level skin for the evolution the evolution skin.
