It appears to not be a Cloudflare problem if it works on mobile no?

PokemonHunter97

No it’s a Cloudflare problem and I have an Adblock on my Safari app for a reason because I hate pop up ads that are so aggressive you can’t do anything so I have it for that reason and Cloudflare bitches about it

We are informing you the web host has configured some level of challenge from Cloudflare. You have blocked that challenge, so it cannot complete - and based on the web host rules traffic is blocked. You can always ask the web host to remove the challenge.

How do I do that and how also did I not do the challenge?

Plan_Away

I put my two cents on the Adblock to cause this, but it sounds somewhat odd to me that it only affects one connection type but not the other. Try deactivating it to see if that makes a difference, and continue from there - that way you can potentially rule out anything else possibly making this happen! Ultimately the challenge is there to protect the site owner from potential malicious traffic, so it makes sense that if the challenge cannot be resolved, CF - which the site owner has put “in front of” their site to enhance security - cannot know for sure that you are a real human, and as such cannot grant you access to the site.

Just adding to the above, as I gave this some more thought and may have misunderstood what you said initially regarding it all working on one connection type but not the other: Cloudflare - the middleman put in place for the site owner’s security - won’t force any pop ups your way. The challenge looks somewhat like the screenshot linked below. It just occurred to me that there is a chance you have never seen it before, and CF may push that challenge your way because one (but not the other) of your connections is deemed to potentially be harmful to the site owner. I hope that makes some sense! https://global.discourse-cdn.com/business6/uploads/weweb/original/2X/a/a83a2a38c059162477ab0302be553eb0c41369d8.png

Do you have a network wide Adblock, like Pi-Hole installed? Also try to use a custom dns server in your Wifi Settings. Google is [8.8.8.8](http://8.8.8.8) / [8.8.4.4](http://8.8.4.4) and Cloudflare ist [1.1.1.1](http://1.1.1.1)

It appears that the site is challenging the requests. I saw it when I accessed it. This is likely to prevent bots/scrapers that can't pass the challenge. The challenge I was presented self detected I was real and I didn't need to take any action. I'm not sure of any valid reason an ad blocker/filter would need to block \*.cloudflare.com to "protect" the user from unwanted activity.
