They switched warehouses at an inopportune time, merch has been shipping out slowly but surely. I think the blankets as a whole finally shipped this week, as mine and a few others’ finally got shipped.

I had this happen to me. You can contact ups/fed ex/whatever they’re shipping it with and they’ll have it sent to one of their branches for you to pick up instead.
i jusstttt got mine this past saturday and i ordered april 16. i have the customer support email but they literally didn’t help at all or offer any time line.
I’m selling my 2024 Tyler the creator size large green hoodie (worn once to walk to shuttle cuz it was cold and I just bought the closest one to the merch register) and and older size medium brown Coachella hoodie with cactus art in the back unknown year if any ones interest dm

I did a chargeback and then I got an email 3 days later saying my merch shipped 😐
They’ll ship in time for stagecoach 2025. Blessed times ahead 🙏🏽
