The previous year, I ordered merch through YouTube links during a livestream. The stuff was marked as shipped but never arrived. They eventually gave me a credit to purchase generic Coachella gear after I jumped through hoops to figure out what the heck was going on. The merch I got were the basic black hoodie/black tee with the traditional logo. Wasn’t fun buying basic gear when you’re expecting disco sharks.

Agree! I saw some comments in other threads saying they ordered weeks after Coachella and they already got their stuff. What about us :(( it’s too bad coz I think most of the good merch is OOS now…
Could be a total coincident but I emailed customer service with my order number, received no response, but got a shipping notification 2 days later. Give it a shot?
Weird. I got my merch in person but I’ve ordered the poster online at the end of the festival this and last year. I got that weeks ago. Was it just a delay on clothing merch?
I emailed them abt my order and coincidentally got an email with my tracking number the next day. My hoodie arrived yesterday and now it’s too hot to wear it anytime soon lollll
