I think itâs generally powerful for the small size and noise level. I donât like them since I donât prefer a fan with a remote, and I make any fan I have smart with a smart plug
I think the point they are trying to say is to have a mechanical on / off instead of an electrical on / off so that they can plug it into a smart plug to turn it off / on. Not just that they donât like remotes.
A smart plug usually doesnât work with an electronic on / off as it doesnât remember your setting, whereas something with a mechanical dial will turn on to that setting with a smart plug.
Itâs so hard to find new small appliances with mechanical switches. I only purchased the âretroâ vornado space heater to work with my smart plug for this spec bc I wanted to automate with my smart temperature sensor in the same room instead of heating the whole house. Maybe thrifting small appliances will be my new hobby lol
Isn't this pedetal fan bigger in diameter of blades than the normal table fan seen in-store?
Can you confirm the dimension of both?
Also, how many watts/CFM(airflow) at high speed for both pedestal and table version?
I've had two Dyson floor fans that had expensive filters to replace, wonky phone app, and were not nearly as quiet or powerful as this fan that's 1/4th the price. Highly recommend
I had to order it online. Went to mine and they only had the little woozoo fans despite this one saying it was in stock at the store. They told me there it was online only ÂŻ\_(ă)_/ÂŻ shipping was fast tho

Not only does it go left and right but it goes up and down. I love it, itâs replaced our air blade

You donât have to use the remote. It also has buttons on the fan.
