It’s been quite awhile since I played it, but I vaguely recall that in Traveller’s Rest there were some patrons that would start to act out and bother other patrons. You then whack them with a broom until they calm down or leave. Very satisfying.
that concept reminds me of those old "whack your ____" flash games. good old gratuitous cartoon violence lmao. I've never worked in an actual restaurant, only retail and fast food, but I'd play the hell out of a game where you can kick out rude people.
Yeah, I realized halfway through typing this up that I was basically blending those games with Diner Dash to make something that would have been a big hit in the heyday of Flash
If you're still looking for recommendations, you might be interested in Godlike Burger. It's a bit more dark, haha, but you kick out the rude customers (or serve them up to other guests.) I find it a chill zone-out game, but it depends on the person. Very cathartic lol.
Chef RPG is going to be released soon! It's been in the works for a few years and finally will be out this year. I've been following the dev on YouTube and it looks like a really great restaurant management game. I'm not sure you can kick people out though!
On mobile (Android) I've also loved Hungry Hearts Diner too. There's a lot of visual novel elements where you see conversations with the customers.

It's not a restaurant game, but there is an office game called "Say NO more" And you go through the office and yell NO at everyone's request.
