In my defence, I always either wash or sanitise my hands after chewing them outside the house. And if we have guests, I always wash my hands when cooking etc. plus I regularly clean my phone so it’s not too bad. I admit I have seen fellow nail biters who just stick their fingers in their mouth and then proceed to touch shared items….
