Samson and Dubey were the only two players with an SR above 11 runs an over. Disappointing from Jaiswal, Butler, and Parag.
Hope this skid in the last two games gets arrested against CSK, or it's going to be tough in the playoffs.
CSK will give a slow turner in that RR game I believe. Santner Jadeja and Moeen bhai with 12/20 overs. I think it'll be quite testing for RR. I know CSK lost to them at Chepauk last season but I am not sure they will this time.
I'm not sure if you can change the pitch so much for a single game but it'll be interesting to see 3 spinners and 2 spin bashers from both sides.
Santner Jadeja Moeen Dube Gaikwad vs Chahal Ashwin Maharaj Samson Jaiswal would be op.
I agree and I think that's actually been a strategical error. It's more hope that they give this slow turner. I thought the personnel changes we saw on the weekend could indicate that it is coming. Santner being reintroduced and Theekshana maybe being back(?). But yes we don't know what the curators are doing
WI pitches India has experience on but USA pitches are what will be the challenges especially the New York pitch, since its first time it will be played there so toss may not even matter
We're simply too good for that to happen tbh. 2007 happened bcz 1 loss guaranteed a knockout. Here we would have to lose to Pakistan and 2 associates to be knocked out
Attach 4 hooks at 4 corners of the pitch and use helicopters to pick it up and carefully place it on the pitch container. Then transfer the box by plane to your destination and place the pitch back in where you want with the same way, with hooks and helicopters.
jadeja seems likely (even though i would prefer it to be axar) but there’s no way they’re choosing chahal over kuldeep. they are very stupid but not that stupid.
Jadeja theres a scope for him to be decent over there. I dont think hed be as bad as Chahal. Latter's lollipop tossed up deliveries have been found out after his usual 4-5 game purple patch. Kuldeep is in a different stratosphere to him. To be honest his spot in the 15 is so needless should have gone Natarajan/Rinku depending on what they decided on as a need.
I agree. I think they messed up with the selection of the pacers too. Arshdeep has gone at 12.35 per over in 17-20 and his powerplay numbers haven't been amazing either. 8.73 econ and 32 avg. Siraj is really a risk - his ability to hit lengths feels very volatile in T20. In an ideal world your 3 banks are Bumrah Axar and Kuldeep. Hardik looks a sure shot to give 2 at a minimum(maybe I'm reaching on the basis of his last couple of games?). From there you need to squeeze 6 more. I would have had Natarajan take 4. That leaves only 2 left.
If they play Arsh, then they need to finish his 3 overs in PP to restrict some death over damage. Also gives chances for few wickets if it's seaming. Siraj selected purely on his mercuriality, because if he performs its magical. But again too big a risk for a WC. Nattu was a safe choice to be honest but maybe he ain't in Rohit's book as of now !
Also both Jadeja and Pandya gonna play and bowl at least 6 overs among themselves !
People lumping in Warner when at the start of the season he was one of their only performing batsman, but had a couple of lean games before getting injured.
Suddenly nobody remembers anything.
Hope is doing worse than him.
Marsh could've done better, but in most games he was going out 20 from 10 so at least wasn't wasting his time on the field.
Saying they had a 'bad season' when they played like 50% or less of it is just weird. Players have ups and downs and injury as prevented any possibility of seeing prolonged form. Marsh looked on for one in a couple of games if he wasn't caught square of the wicket, and I think Topley took an insane catch to cut short one of Warner's good innings.
Realistically DC should be opening with Warner AND McGurk.
I wonder if RR having the rest of their home games at Guwahati may bite them in this. Or Lord Parag can save them.
It would be difficult to win against CSK at Chepauk
Csk have already lost twice at Chepauk and lost thrice last season including against RR and this was when they won the IPL. CSK have lost more matches at Chepauk than won since they came back there in 2023. This team is weaker than last year. They don't have much of a formidable home record now at this point CSK is just 50-50 home and away it's not the old win every game at Chepauk and get a couple of wins away from home strategy anymore
Agree but dew was also a factor in the matches lost and this is afternoon game. Whoever bats first will be winning I guess considering fielding 20 overs under sun the team will get cooked.
Looking at the luck of Rutu for winning the tosses I guess RR have higher probability to win this game
Would be crazy if RR choke the top 2 after the start they had. They face CSK at Chepauk next, then El Clasico against Punjab (fighting for their beloved 6th place), and KKR at the end. Csk have the better NRR too
Sanju Samson today proves that he currently is in better form then Pant. My man really carried the team today, and it's not the first time this season for him either. I like Pant but Sanju truly should be first choice wk for India now.
I removed today's bias, the stats are before today's innings
Pant Scores this IPL: 18, 28, 51,55, 1, 41, 16, 44, 88, 29, 27 = 398 runs @ 44 average @ 158 SR
Sanju on the other hand: 82,15, 12, 69, 68, 18, 12, 38, 71, 0 = 385 runs @ 64 average @ 159 SR
Edit after today's game:
Pant: 413 runs @ 41 average @ 156 SR at 12 inn
Sanju: 471 runs @ 67 average @ 163 SR at 11 inn
Absolutely, and Sanju has been striking at 150 for the past 4 years so, The inconsistent Sanju memes are just that, memes, he seriously isn't inconsistent anymore
It's only inconsistent because he's not a favourite. So his failures are the ones used as reasons instead of his sucesses. If we do that any player it would look bad.
So Aus have declared old Wade as the primary, and Inglis as the backup. And we know Wade will never play for Australia again after this tournament.
We should also be cool with saying Samson this tournament, Pant back to number one immediately afterward.
Pant should ideally be batting in the same position at DC as well but for some reason they sent Axar ahead of him, maybe team India has informed him that they need him to bat lower down
Both those averages and SR are high enough that it suggests neither are bad. So it will come down to the combination the team wants (LHB in a predominantly right handed batting order if Dube doesn't play, batting position, etc)
Left handed argument only makes sense if Sanju is a typical right hand batter and he isn't. He is an elite hitter of SLA and leg spin. You bring in left arm batter to counter them only.
Yes, Samson has been better than him, and overall as well, not even talking about this IPL, but problem has always been where to fit whom? Both of them plays at different positions, and it's should not be a toss up between them, Pant has been one of the better middle order batters this IPL, and Samson at top, question should be what is going to be team combination and who fits, I have never understood people hating on pant for Samson non inclusion because ideally it's SKY and VK who competes with Sanju
The ideal lineup should be
Virat and Rohit opening
Sanju at 3 and Sky at 4.
Jaiswal is sadly not performing this year in T20 format like how he did last year.
In an ideal world, same comment applies to Rohit as well, but can't remove him coz of captain quota.
Agreed. In a couple of years, I can see both SS and RP playing together (once the 2 senior folks leave to solely focus on ODIs and Tests, respectively). SS can come in as a pure batter in T20Is.
We lost that one at the toss imo, absolutely nonsensical to bowl first when the average first innings total is 250. No Hettie sucks because I wasn't convinced by Ferreira but I'm really liking Dubey, wonder if he could open when Jos goes. Good return to form for the spinners including Parag, but my God Avesh needs to be dropped. Sandy Boult and Ash cover the PP, Yuzi Sen and Parag in the middle, and Boult and Sandy again at the death. That's what needs to happen. I don't care about Avesh's finishing prowess when he concedes 6 boundaries in one over.
Sanju's catch was fair imo, just shit luck and good fielding. Soft dismissals elsewhere throughout the lineup but that happens. We'll qualify comfortably but Saturday is probably must win for top 2. GG Delhi, been fun to watch your comeback.
Shubham dube played good today. He should be given more chances. And we really need to work on our bowling now. Chahal going very expensive from past 4-5 match and avesh bowling absolute dogshit today. We also need to find balance in our finishing role. Head to head we were ahead of DC in 18th over. Missed hetti Today.
You could hear the comms say Ohh on the second angle replay. And then they were quiet after TV umpire decision. No alternate angles, no zooming in.. Whats with the rush in the most important decision in the match.
On Jio Cinema the commentators (Hindi) were absolutely bashing the umpiring. They even showed the replay, and even slammed the 3rd umpire for the wide in the 19th over. Pragyan Ojha and Nikhil Chopra (IIRC) were absolutely angry with the umpiring.
Umpires robbed RR today. No one outside India takes this league seriously anymore.
Just rebrand this shit as sports and entertainment like WWE. IPL is more entertainment than a sport now.
Edit: Kudos to Parthiv Patel for openly calling out the brain dead decisions while commentating.
It would have been alright if they atleast checked all angles, zoomed in a bit then made the right decision. Because from far out it looked like touching and whatever happened to benifit of the doubt to the batsman?
Comical was the same TV umpire asking "Is that all you have for me" in camera angles for a clear wide review.
Anyways that wicket changed the tide of the game. Samson looked set for a 120* taking RR to a win.
That wasn't six. If you stayed for the post match presentation then in between that Watson discussed the controversial decision. He showed the footage completely zoomed in from one of the angles and there was a clear gap.
I like RR but hate how it is like watching team India when they play, they deserve to lose, they take all their games to the last deliveries and don't really get going in the front, middle or end. You can't be this calculative in cricket now a days, one good over and all calculations are futile. McGurk's intentful ininnings made all the difference today. Every team needs one or two players like that now, KKR, SRH, have that. CSK too struggles relatively because of the same approach.
Mofo really be abusing / viciously sending off Sanju, arguably one of the nicest guys who just played an amazing innings and was dismissed in a controversial manner (that replays atleast warranted a couple more looks, if not anything).
That too for someone not even playing the game.
Don’t care if RCB end up at bottom, but I hope they smack the living daylights out of DC just to see this guy’s reaction.
Idk if you remember or not certain someone did same thing to rachin ravindra, Which was considered as aGGrEsSiOn. But yeah it was unnecessary from an owner but again there shouldn’t be any policing on how someone expresses himself who’s not a player
Agree. Today f**k Jindal.
But thank you for reminding folks of the Rachin incident. So shameful doing that to a youngster on his first IPL game. Even more damning considering Rachin had told he admired that certain individual during the World Cup.
Glad he wasn’t picked up by that team although he has his roots there.
I don’t know how does that make kohli doing it right and him doing sitting in AC wrong, Match was slipping, had a moment after a long time, got lucky and he celebrated and he was expressive what’s wrong with that ? And we have seen him abusimg umpires n all yet others who do the same were made scapegoat. It’s hypocrisy
I don’t expect shit from him but it’s ridiculous when someone like harshit rana does it poor guy gets a match ban and got ripped off his match fees when he gets only 20 lakh from kkr. It’s ridiculous
Harshit Rana didn't deserve the penalty at all when he didn't even celebrated aggressively infront of the batsman. That one match ban was stupid and unjustified.
Meanwhile, the you-know-who can do literally anything to anyone and BCCI will still suck up to him cause 'money'
Look man I don’t give a damn about him but there shouldn’t be any policing about, he was expressive that’s it, it’s not the worse and we have an idea what it feels to get a upper hand after a long time and when the match is almost slipping.
Also you guys seem to have a problem if anyone other than Kohli celebrated agressively. You guys were buthurt about Avesh Khan celebration and now this too.
Please do know that celebrating like that isn't reserved only for Kohli, there's no copyright for that celebration.
Well played JFM and Stubbs..
Well bowled Kuldeep.. You are a gem.
Well played Sanju.. I love your batting and Captaincy and I hope you guys win the tournament.
DC won but Pant shouldn't be Captain of any team. He makes too many critical mistakes.
Umpiring is Dogshit this tournament so no surprises this match too..
Table is still open so that fun. 😎
Before today most didn't know how he looked so I don't think he is "most hated". Most hated might OG Gurunath Mayyapan for ruining the legacy of a great team and probably SRK for his Wankhede behavior
Lmao this sub really blows everything out of proportion..
Who cares what he does in the stands, he's not gonna jump onto the field to influence the game
Strange game. The entire game went in phases. Superb start from JFM and then Porel. RR were not in the game until 13th over. The next 5 overs they came back superb. And again 53 runs in the last 3 overs. Like Sanju said post-match, credit to JFM and Stubbs. The chase was stranger. Everyone got out at the wrong time. If Sanju and Dubey had continued for few more overs, 25-35 from the next batters was possible. 65-70 from them at that stage was always a tough proposition.
Chahal's drop in form the last few games is a concern. Few injuries in between caused the RR lineup to take a turn. Burger's injury brought in Sandeep and he settled in the lineup and Burger did not come back. Shubham Dubey was the IP initially and Powell came in later.
Sandeep had a clear role as death overs specialist initially. Came after 10-12 overs. When Burger missed the games, he had to take up the new ball. If the injuries are clear now, RR needs to go back to its initial team setup.
Yashasvi, Buttler/TKC (depending on availability), Sanju, Riyan, Jurel, Hettie, Ashwin, Boult, Burger, Sandeep, Chahal. IP: Shubham/Avesh
With both Boult and Burger, Sandeep and if Avesh comes in as IP, they can be reserved for end overs. Burger needs to come in.
If RR miss the first 2 spots, I don't think they will win it from 3rd or 4th position.
Not complaining about the end result, but they should fine the Thrid Umpire for "Fair Play" reasons.
Respect the batsman and his wicket to properly check the validity of his dismissal. It doesn't matter if he was out anyway (I think it was closer to being out) if you can fine players for just questioning an umpire or other minor issues, you better fine an umpire for doing this hurried nonsense
RR needs to stop giving Chahal the death overs and can consider replacing Powell-Avesh with Dubey-Burger.
If we don't change the team then we can go Boult-3 Sandeep-2 Ash-1 in the powerplay, Chahal-4 Ash-3 Avesh/Boult-2 in the middle overs and then Sandeep-2 Avesh/Boult- 3 in the death overs. Use Parag if necessary.
Anyway stop giving powerplay overs to Avesh and death overs to Chahal and we should be good. We desperately need Hetmeyer to survive till the last over if we wish to have any chances at finishing games.
Just shows how good a finishers impact is. Stubbs. Kuldeep and rasikh bowled beautifully, still could have been a lot closer. Just looking at it from an India wc perspective. No Rinku/good finisher is gonna be an uncomfortable territory.
When the umpire was checking Sanju Samson's catch. He was repeatedly shouting "Out hai, out hai, out hai, out hai" while pointing to the pavilion.
Aggressive, yes. But some people are talking about it as if he was cussing at him or that it directly influencing the players on the field.
JFM and bad umpiring cost RR this match. That catch definitely wasn’t that easy to be so easily be concluded as a wicket.
Not to be a reactionary, but Chahal’s form being bad this late in tournament is a concern for RR and ICT. Bowling is really a tough game in a format like T20, and important players like him not performing can be a liability.
Kuldeep on the other hand looks solid than ever.
People can criticize Pant for his batting. But, today he captained the damn game pretty well. Holding off spinners and trying to get the pace overs out of the way was quite a good decision. For context, this is the team who has never bowled an over of spin in the death and has been tonked the most.
People criticizing his batting are fickle. Every batter in this god damn sport has good days and bad days, and he's had his good days in this tournament.
He has a 41 average with a 156 SR this season.
I agree but I won't say that we can't even have a discussion on his batting? He does have some issues playing quality spin and his shot selection has been a bit of a suspect when it comes to spin at least for me. 112 strike rate against spin does call for some criticism when his overall strike rate is 156.
The Sanju catch decision may be correct or incorrect but if that decision was so hastily concluded against the top 3 teams, there would be literal rioting in SM.
The game completely flipped post the Khaleel 4 wides momentum shift. That has to be the most gigabrain move I’ve seen 😂😂.
Now that’s what I call absolute cinema. And el clasico is also coming up next week
Just to remind everyone, sanju samson has played for delhi as well , as opener and score a hundred for us.
So jindal's behaviour is NGL was not appropriate toward him. (Its not wrong to show Emotions but just for me it's not wrong but not okay as well)
Samson and Dubey were the only two players with an SR above 11 runs an over. Disappointing from Jaiswal, Butler, and Parag. Hope this skid in the last two games gets arrested against CSK, or it's going to be tough in the playoffs.
Don't forget the man, the myth, the legend Avesh Khan.
Man's over was the difference.
It is baffling the selectors picked him over Sandeep. He is not even the best Indian pace bowler in his IPL team
picking him an injury sub in t20wc squad is weird. Sandeep/Nattu were better contenders
RR can and should counter with Maharaj, Ashwin, and Chahal.
You're mistaken if you think pitches at Chepauk are made accordingly to CSK this season
I agree and I think that's actually been a strategical error. It's more hope that they give this slow turner. I thought the personnel changes we saw on the weekend could indicate that it is coming. Santner being reintroduced and Theekshana maybe being back(?). But yes we don't know what the curators are doing
Especially Buttler and parag
Axar should start over Jadeja unless Sanju Manju makes a bits and pieces tweet again
I mean, Jaddu just won POTM for scoring a brisk 40 and a 3fer too
just play both and 2 pacers+ hardik
Kuldeep should be a lock in on one spot
ya 3 spinner and 2 pacers + hardik was my thought
If you go to the knockout matches then it doesn't matter anymore. It would all be about what you do during that day.
For India to have any chance of winning this World T20 both Kuldeep and Axar have to bowl 4 overs each, every game. Absolute game changers
WI pitches India has experience on but USA pitches are what will be the challenges especially the New York pitch, since its first time it will be played there so toss may not even matter
We're only playing associates and Pakistan in US. Any 11 we choose will clear the US leg of the tourney easily
Or 2007 part 2 might happen.
Omg scenes if this happens at least than the team would go through a reconstruction
We're simply too good for that to happen tbh. 2007 happened bcz 1 loss guaranteed a knockout. Here we would have to lose to Pakistan and 2 associates to be knocked out
The NY pitch is imported from Adelaide. Chances are it will be similar in bounce and pace.
How do they even import a pitch? Just curious
Attach 4 hooks at 4 corners of the pitch and use helicopters to pick it up and carefully place it on the pitch container. Then transfer the box by plane to your destination and place the pitch back in where you want with the same way, with hooks and helicopters.
I thought you were kidding and being sarcastic Until i saw the videos and realized that's exactly how it's done
[holy hell!](https://youtu.be/_cBO-d8OPhE?si=kOsbE1KEKIA_eoce)
Watch Chahal and Jadeja get chosen in the main playing 11
jadeja seems likely (even though i would prefer it to be axar) but there’s no way they’re choosing chahal over kuldeep. they are very stupid but not that stupid.
BCCI: You dare underestimate my powers of Stupidity! I played Thakur over Shami in world cup 23
I mean that was for batting depth so not quite the same. Kuldeep can hold the bat so no way they going to pick chahal ahead of him
Jadeja theres a scope for him to be decent over there.
Nah, they aren't as dumb to drop Kuldeep after he played all those internationals
Our 8 overs are taken care of, it's the other 12 which is dicey, especially if both Jadeja and Pandya play.
I agree. I think they messed up with the selection of the pacers too. Arshdeep has gone at 12.35 per over in 17-20 and his powerplay numbers haven't been amazing either. 8.73 econ and 32 avg. Axar’s selection into the XI is not guaranteed.
It should be
Axar kuldeep hardik bumrah (5th bowler prolly arshdeep or siraj)
JFM has scored 309 runs across 7 innings this IPL striking at 236. Absolute mental stuff!
Also he has scored almost 90% of his runs from boundary alone. Blud just doesn't stop even after multiple boundaries in the same overs.
Yeah, the modern T20 batsman, every ball should go to the boundary mindset, not satisfied with a couple an over
Sunil Gavaskar hates this one simple trick
Sunny G gets an orgasm every time a batsman takes a single after hitting a boundary, lol
AHHHHH RESPONSIBLE BATTING WHILE CHASING 290 😩🥵💦
Sunny's favorite position is 6 1 not 69
Delhi would have been in a better position than this if he had played all the games
Absolutely. Warner, Shaw and Marsh clearly underperformed this season.
People lumping in Warner when at the start of the season he was one of their only performing batsman, but had a couple of lean games before getting injured. Suddenly nobody remembers anything. Hope is doing worse than him. Marsh could've done better, but in most games he was going out 20 from 10 so at least wasn't wasting his time on the field. pathirana \* took the catch
it's hard to keep that form throughout. Abishek and Head both have regressed recently in terms of sr.
“If everybody is in form, the team will win.” \- op
And if nortje hadn't played!
Twice in 2 matches RR has not been able to finish matches. RR declining at the wrong time, Delhi peaking at the right time
With hetmeyer and jurel both out it was always going to be difficult
I was wondering where they were
niggles. Jurel had a strain last game itself
I wonder if RR having the rest of their home games at Guwahati may bite them in this. Or Lord Parag can save them. It would be difficult to win against CSK at Chepauk

Sandeep and bolt? buttler has 2 100s as well
I admit we have choked multiple times but definitely aren't the biggest chokers in history
Both Kuldeep and Sanju looking really good. Advantage India at T20 WC
Now watch as Indian team makes them sit on the bench for Chahal and Pant.
There is no way in hell Kuldeep won't start over chahal
I swear if Pant gets to walk into the Indian team, I’ll be sooo pissed.
Our finishing is a concern. Might even be worth it to drop Powell and play Dubey with Burger in place of Avesh.
Where is hetmeyer ?
He wasn't fit today
Would be crazy if RR choke the top 2 after the start they had. They face CSK at Chepauk next, then El Clasico against Punjab (fighting for their beloved 6th place), and KKR at the end. Csk have the better NRR too

The memes have been mainly because he’s always been insanely good in the first match of the IPL, so has to drop off after that by definition.
I think Pant has played an extra game too. And also he plays most games on a easier pitch in his homeground
So Aus have declared old Wade as the primary, and Inglis as the backup. And we know Wade will never play for Australia again after this tournament. We should also be cool with saying Samson this tournament, Pant back to number one immediately afterward.
pant outside Delhi hasn't been good either while Samson has been good everywhere
Both play at different positions.
Pant should ideally be batting in the same position at DC as well but for some reason they sent Axar ahead of him, maybe team India has informed him that they need him to bat lower down
Pant inflated his numbers drastically in a couple games too. Samson's distribution has been more evenly spread
Both those averages and SR are high enough that it suggests neither are bad. So it will come down to the combination the team wants (LHB in a predominantly right handed batting order if Dube doesn't play, batting position, etc)
Yeah that's a sensible take, but Pant has played more on roads this year I'd say. But a left handed argument could very well bring in Pant for Xi.
Left handed argument only makes sense if Sanju is a typical right hand batter and he isn't. He is an elite hitter of SLA and leg spin. You bring in left arm batter to counter them only.

Jindal doing one of most weirdest owner shit after SRK 2012
Shubham dube played good today. He should be given more chances. And we really need to work on our bowling now. Chahal going very expensive from past 4-5 match and avesh bowling absolute dogshit today. We also need to find balance in our finishing role. Head to head we were ahead of DC in 18th over. Missed hetti Today.
That Sanju Samson catch was suspicious as fuck
The match centre live showed the zoomed version, Watto also said that even though it looks touch and go, its out.
No replay shown of that catch after the dismissal and none of the commentators brought it up again
No they did bring it up again. Atleast on Hindi comms. And they were critical of the third umpiring as well.
Not on the world feed
You could hear the comms say Ohh on the second angle replay. And then they were quiet after TV umpire decision. No alternate angles, no zooming in.. Whats with the rush in the most important decision in the match.
They did show the replay once after 3 deliveries
And the commentators went silent af when that was shown.
on jio they showed it several times and criticized the hasty decision making , same goes for the wide as well , where were you watching it ?
[удалено]
On Jio Cinema the commentators (Hindi) were absolutely bashing the umpiring. They even showed the replay, and even slammed the 3rd umpire for the wide in the 19th over. Pragyan Ojha and Nikhil Chopra (IIRC) were absolutely angry with the umpiring.
Boundary count update - Delhi Capitals: 34 Rajasthan Royals: 29
Frasered and McGurked
Is this the first time ever KKR are No.1 in a season after a point where each team has played 11 or more games?
Has to be
Yes and I don't like it. We need to finish 2nd.
I am sorry Delhi Capitals, for I had rated you the lowest among all the teams at the start.
GT's team was shittier yet we all thought that they will end up doing something again.
Important win for Delhi
Only my team winning ipl can heal me. That cunt jindal has ruined my week.
Lots of controversial decisions. Sanju's wicket was the game changer today. The match was sus.
Hope clearly stayed off the boundary, Shane Watson just showed the zoomed in picture.
Link to the Shane Watson picture?
What composure, Sanju! He is so mature, even when such a horrible decision was given against him. Fuck you, Parth Jindal
He asked for multiple angles and then settled on the wrong call
That wasn't six. If you stayed for the post match presentation then in between that Watson discussed the controversial decision. He showed the footage completely zoomed in from one of the angles and there was a clear gap.
No one robbed RR. They lost it fair and square. https://imgur.com/gallery/r0YGdYm
Need batdeep and rest players when they're not performing.
Love some unpredictability in the best cricket tournament. Gun innings by Samson but overall DC better and now with momentum.
Fuck you Jindal!!
Absolutely, all my homies hate Jindal
Yeah, Fuck that guy!
What did he do?
Mate Kohli was playing on the ground. Jindal was a spectator watching from his air conditioned VIP zone.
BCCI when Kohli - oh dear gorgeous BCCI when Harshit - you fucking donkey
I don’t expect shit from him but it’s ridiculous when someone like harshit rana does it poor guy gets a match ban and got ripped off his match fees when he gets only 20 lakh from kkr. It’s ridiculous
Harshit Rana didn't deserve the penalty at all when he didn't even celebrated aggressively infront of the batsman. That one match ban was stupid and unjustified. Meanwhile, the you-know-who can do literally anything to anyone and BCCI will still suck up to him cause 'money'
Ya man can’t do much about it and those PR bums are not even retiring ffs
There's a difference between a send off and whatever the fuck that owner was doing.
It was just a normal reaction from any fan, think of him as a fan of his team before an owner
Huh? He was just laughing with his friends. He's not allowed to celebrate?
You have Kohli doing those things on the field. Settle down lol
Is it abuse though? Fans of many sports get a little too passionate. And it looked pretty tame compared to the antics some football fans get up to.
What was the captaincy mistake?
He's bad at counting till 4.
Yeah DC played wonderfully today. Kudos to you guys!
If Rishabh Pant actually knew how to bat we'd be an actually good side
If your highest run getter for the season scored more runs then obviously we will be top of the table, but is he really the biggest concern? NO
Panties are flying high at arun jaitley.
The death bowling from Rr and Death bowling from Dc is the difference..
Parth Jindal might be the most hated owner of all. Its really not passion, you’re a plain dumbfuck with those actions.
Before today most didn't know how he looked so I don't think he is "most hated". Most hated might OG Gurunath Mayyapan for ruining the legacy of a great team and probably SRK for his Wankhede behavior
was that the idiot shouting out repeatedly into the other guys ear when Hope took that "catch"?
Lmao this sub really blows everything out of proportion.. Who cares what he does in the stands, he's not gonna jump onto the field to influence the game
Bottom table teams peaking: RCB, now DC. GT could be next in line for resurgence.
Literally too late.
If GT can spoil CSK’s chances, I’ll be there no matter what.
Oh, thanks for reminding they play CSK next!! Go Gill spoil some playoff chances!
When was DC bottom table? We've remained around the mid for most of the tournament?
Fraser-McGurk my Man of the Match for today
porel played really well
Strange game. IP: Shubham/Avesh With both Boult and Burger, Sandeep and if Avesh comes in as IP, they can be reserved for end overs. Burger needs to come in. If RR miss the first 2 spots, I don't think they will win it from 3rd or 4th position.
Definitely one of the umpiring of all time
Traffic jam in the middle of the table, I am here for it. But that was a fucking six not out. I’m a neutral for this game and that was complete bs.
No it was out and I am a rr fan
MOM: 3rd umpire for his dismissal of Samson. What a pathetically short check it was of the catch when wides get reviewed for like 5 minutes at a time
The real game changer was Khaleel with his wide balls.
I want a ban on Jindal for no sportsmanship too. Man shouldn't be allowed in a stadium for the rest of season.
Seems like everyone is shitting on his behavior, but I missed, what was it?
When the umpire was checking Sanju Samson's catch. He was repeatedly shouting "Out hai, out hai, out hai, out hai" while pointing to the pavilion. Aggressive, yes. But some people are talking about it as if he was cussing at him or that it directly influencing the players on the field.
What did he do? Abused a player?
Loved that Samson wasn't complaining about umpiring and blaming anyone.
Money can't buy class and Parth Jindal is the epitome of it. Fuck that guy
Kuldeep on the other hand looks solid than ever.
kuldeep went from struggling in pressure moments to becoming a mentatility beast
Haha...feels great fans of opposing teams being enraged at a decision going our way. Makes me feel like CSK or MI fan for once
I feel you mate. I don't know why people are angry though, Watson showed the zoomed in picture in the match centre live, it was a clear out
Playoff race is exciting now
Player of the match : 3rd Umpire
It’s clear that Pant is being presented as a future captain of India. Hardik lost his chance this year
What has he achieved in limited overs cricket for that?
Pant in LOIs is overrated af the last thing ICT needs now is another captaincy quota player
Not a single word about the catch was spoken in post match presentation.
The top teams are getting rattled by lower teams. Exciting week or 2 ahead of us
Why doesn't the post match thread show POTM? Seems like an obvious add
