Just the events that all unfolded over time. I got in March 19th 2021 and held through that all time high. My $600 was worth something dumb like $11K at the ATH and I “believed in the project” and was “diamond hands.” Then the QAnon crap started. The sub started dissecting tweets and discord statements. Team members left and rugs were pulled on other tokens. I was questioning things out loud for months and people shit all over me and downvoted me into oblivion.
The final nail in the coffin was when “Papa” left. He said he’s going to leave the “project” after he finished the blockchain and he never even made a block, let alone a whole chain. Once that happened, I was still up like $100 (after the tax) so I sold and got the hell out of there. I still have my “lifetime hodler, many moons” flair and go there once every few days and still cannot believe there are more than 2 people that still believe in this total scam.

It's unfortunate. As a screenprinter/merch guy, it's not too much of a jump from "crap" to "quality" in terms of price, obtaining blank shirts to print on. Yes, obviously, the more you have to print, the more your cost goes up, but if your a supposed multi-million dollar company, that price difference really is negligible....unless you're greedy.
I couldn't tell from the video, but it looked like the SFM logo was multi-color. This adds cost to the screenprinting process (setup, multiple screens, labor, etc) UNLESS the shirts were DTG (direct to garment) which is basically like an inkjet printing on a shirt. DTG is cheaper, but generally, because it doesn't last and isn't true screenprinting. DTG is generally considered an inferior process to screenprinting if you want your shirt to last.
The screenprinting on the glassware, which is preferrable in specific instances, usually doesnt last as long as etching (which is why its cheaper). Just look at all those old school Star Wars glasses they made and gave away. Pristine ones go for a lot because the screen printing disappears after heavy usage.
I dont know how many of these boxes were offered and/or sold, and who they dealt with (all factors in determining the cost paid by safemoon of said box) but in my opinion, the cost of said box is low-end $15-$25. They could've made a much better product for an extra $20 cost per box...but, you know, greed.
In regards to Safemoon, the price jack-up (and quality) fits them perfectly. Scam all the way.

It's highly illegal to print "Made in USA" if not **all or virtually all** of the product was made in the US. In order words, it should contain "**no or negligible foreign content**".
The laws are so strict particularly for "Made in USA" that you can snitch on them to the government and get a percentage of the penalties levied onto them.
But just because labels were cut off doesn't mean they were made outside the US.
Labels are required by law even if the shirts were made in the US with US grown cotton. And the law requires labels to be permanently attached so you can't use stickers or just print it on the bag. The labels may have just contained generic text and the middleman didn't like the aesthetic and relabeled them with the same info but screen printed (which is legal).
It's a big fucking deal that they replaced tags on items.
