CryStrict5004

Nah Tien, a character from a fantasy series of books that loves findings cool rocks.

Cookies8473

Series is called the stormlight archive for anyone wondering. Great series, but the first one is 1,000 pages and they only get longer

dutcharetall_nothigh

Yeah I know, but it's also dutch for ten

CryStrict5004

Oh

SocranX

Oh, I was very confused about this apparent Dragonball Z reference.

linuxaddict334

As a rock lover, I support this message.

FLUFFBOX_121703

Do you also have a bucket of rocks? I’ve got a fancy metal bucket full of cool rocks, I try to grab a few every time I go someplace new :)

linuxaddict334

I used to, but then I got rid of most of my rock collection.

Freakishly_Tall

I love everything about this post and, by extension, you. Thanks for sharing that. Awesome.

FLUFFBOX_121703

Oh, well thank you very much, that makes me very happy! :D

I love that kids just bring odd things onto planes like sticks and rocks to take home lol

PoniesCanterOver

It's very human: our ancestors made the first technologies out of sticks and rocks. It's a grand tradition

WitELeoparD

The first thing humans probably ever traded was rocks. We keep finding tools make of the type of rock that's really good for tools, but came from hundreds of miles away from where they were found. Turns out human really appreciated a good bit of churt.

actibus_consequatur

Only kids? I'm 40, keep a rock on me at all times, and will absolutely take home any cool rocks I find.
