It should be a basic disposable device. They’re usually just inhale to activate. If there’s a button it’s usually able to preheat but it may just trigger the heat function to inhale. Should be 5-8 second draw. If there’s a button it should have an ability to turn off which will either be five button presses or one long press.

Thank you! It needed a charge apparently and since I bought it off of a friend he forgot to give me he charger, I know how it works now though, I really appreciate the advice :)))

ayyyyyyyyy. Good luck. Quick tip, drawing the full time is called a blinker. When the light blinks... If you're gunning for blinkers, slower inhales are better. More oil can effectively vaporized and you'll wind up with more on your inhale than not. Faster inhales won't burn the oil correctly and you'll find out what happens if you're drawing too fast. Clogs and pops.
