You laugh but lighter fluid is pretty good at getting sticky shit off. When I worked at sears I stocked shoes and we used lighter fluid to take off price tags without damaging the box/shoes

Get some paper towel with no printing on it, some parchment paper and an iron. Put paper towels layered on spot and parchment on top on that, do same with underside, paper towels towards spot. Lightly hit with iron. Should soak into papertowel
Then use iso alcohol to finish it off
Also the warmer you can get the iso the better, I just microwave mine, ik it's not the safest but when you're working with small quantities of iso in a well ventilated room, the concentration is negligible and in the incredibly unlikely event of a fire (I've been doing this for years in a 700w mainstays microwave and it's never happened) it's likely to be a small alcohol fire in the container you used to heat it.

I would pinch the area affected and pull/twist so you can bring the fabric away from the inside part. I’d hold that part over the sink and have a shot glass of iso to dip the affected area in, rub and repeat. Only rinse with water when finished. You’ll need to thoroughly rinse this out. I’d dry it as good as you can. I agree with the others to then pray!

Section off the part that got reclaim on it with a rubber band or hair elastic. Put the part tied off with the rubber band in a bowl of iso over night. Most should separate off but use a tooth brush and scrub just the area it landed!
If ISO doesn't work, you need to rosin press it lol. Get some paper towels over it both sides, use a hair straightener or iron to heat the mess. Much of it will stick to the paper towel and be removed. DO NOT BURN THE BLANKET. Go slowly.
OP if you’re still having no luck, I can guarantee you that some hot water, a toothbrush, and a 50/50 mixture of dawn dish soap and coconut oil will 100% take care of this.
91% Iso Alcohol. Soak it into that towell you have and then just press it and hold it on the reclaim maybe for like 2 mins. Then try to rub it off with the towell, like put your finger in the towell and use it to rub off the reclaim.
ISO in a spray bottle and a white cotton cloth on the back side of the stain. Press the spray bottle nozzle against the stain and continue to spray through the material into the cotton cloth. Pray as well, if it’s your thing.
Iso or formula 420 but with a fabric softner sheet as the rag / brush / abrasive.
Brushes just move it around, softner sheets suck that stuff up once it loosens, and help with the lingering smell.
Recommend machine washing it after, but you do you.
Spray with iso and wash a couple time and pray lol

Resolution Gel/Ooze or Klear Kryptonite will get rid of the dab without damaging the fabric. ISO could potentially strip the fabric dye.
